WorldSBK: Vinales to race for TPR Racing

Isaac Vinales will race for the TPR by Vinales Racing team for the 2023 WorldSBK season.

Vinales will return to the TPR team which he raced for one round last season. He will ride the Kawasaki ZX-10RR and will race from the first European round at Assen, in the World Superbike class.

The Spaniard is extremely experienced in the World Championship, racing in thirty-seven WorldSSP races. His best finish in the Supersport class was a third-place finish.

Vinales raced for the TPR team in 2022, wildcarding with the squad at the Estoril round. His best result would be a 13^th place finish, in the Sunday morning Sprint race before crashing in race 2.

He also raced for the D34G Racing team in the Supersport class in 2022, racing in five rounds. His best finish in 2022 would be a ninth place at Portimao, riding the Ducati Panigale V2.

Isaac Vinales is from a racing family, most notably his cousin Maverick Vinales. Racing in MotoGP. Maverick will race for the factory Aprilia team, spending his second full year with the team.

Before racing in the WorldSBK paddock, Isaac Vinales would spend eight years in the Grand Prix paddock. He would take multiple podium finishes, with his best season coming in 2014. Vinales would finish seventh in the standings, taking three podiums throughout the year.
